Made with natural yeast, they are palm-oil free, in accordance with the new regulation. Jesoldolce Vegan Brioches are therefore not just free of eggs and butter, they are also palm-oil free. Our delicious products are made with type “1” Italian flour (richer in minerals and proteins since it is less refined) and Duram wheat semolina (rich in natural antioxidants and fibre) to meet the needs not only of vegans, but of those who want to eat healthy without sacrificing flavour.
